Why is everyone so snappy and irritable today? I've been snapped at, accused of trying to make someone look stupid when offering a helpful tip that they appeared not to know, and told to 'piss off' on visiting someone's home street. Seriously Glitch used to be so friendly, but WOW today it really hasn't been!

theyre the nega glitches. hurtful creatures trying to make our world look bad. just take their rudeness with a pinch of salt and maybe be rude back if itll make you feel any better.

Been experiencing the same behavior recently.. It seems a lot of people are very touchy and appear to take every comment/action personally. And I just don't get why? I agree with you, Glitch used to be very friendly and global could easily take a few heated discussions without anyone resorting to getting personal. Let's continue being exemplary though ;) Be the change and all that jazz :D Rawr and glitchy lobe to ALL

*hugs* viadana, Sorry, I've come across my share of not very nice folks too and thus avoid global quite a bit. Not one for shameless self promotion, but many a Glitchen has found refuge in Civility, the group I founded: www.glitch.com/groups/RDOBR... So much so, there are some of us who chat in our chat channel fairly often which is brimming with good advice, silly banter and above all growing friendships. You is obviously LOVED and I am sure a wonderful glitch!! Sometimes folks can be not so ...well you know...don't let em get to ya...smile and grin,...bounce away happy knowing that your happy and wish they were too,....even if they should be painted in poo and hung over a vat of steaming vinegar since it would make them sweeter than they are. ;)

This is why I tend to stay off Global and such sometimes. When I first joined Global it was great, awesome atmosphere, but now not so much now. I mean, it's nowhere near as bad as chat in Warcraft, but still, I'm finding it difficult to handle it in there. It doesn't help that I'm not my usual self either, but that's why I've been avoiding people and chats lately. There's plenty of factors for someone to be snappy and irritable, but it's no excuse to let your steam off on an unsuspecting person. I'm sorry that happened to you, but remember, there's only a few of them like that, and in general, there's great people all around.

I think global can be nice, but global can be very 7th grade-y sometimes :) You just have to watch what you say and post I guess, because people get extremely mad when you type in caps, sell emblems, or chat a link too many times :)

Yeah.. Global was like that during Zilloween. I told everyone it was because they were hungry and started chanting "Trick or Treat, Smell My Feet, Global needs some Food to eat!"
