"Papery Harvest" Upgrade card

Does anyone know what triggers this card?  I don't have it and have never been offered it and it is not one of the automatic ones.

How much paper does one have to harvest, if that is the key?  Any help appreciated.

• A lot upgrade cards appear to have badge or skill prereqs. You may need a 'Harvested X paper trees' badge, or a higher Arbology skill.

• Thank you, that is what I thought, but I have all the skills and have harvested masses of paper.  Anyone know the actual requirements, is there any way to find out?

• I can't say for certain because the time stamps don't show but I was first dealt, and bought, the upgrade card the same day I received the 73 Paper Trees harvested achievement, "Paper Plucker".
  
  You don't seem to have that achievement yet it seems like that might be the prereq.

• I got that upgrade on May 3rd. I do not have the upper paper harvesting badges and was (maybe) level 36 or 38 back then. I did have all the skills at that time (other than TR2) and had gotten the Sheet Snatcher (283) achievement on April 28th.

• You need the Paper Plucker achievement.  (Harvested from 73 paper trees).
