Anyone getting eggs from both options?
Has anyone gotten any eggs from both the egg plants and chickens? Everyone I talked to has said if they got them from trees they havent from chickens or vice versa.

LOL - Me none..lol I haven't gotten any from anywhere ..yet :-/ .. lol
- aw I've made 5 bushels of grain already and not one egg from a chicken. After this is over I'm not squeezing any chickens for months :P
- I've gotten eggs from both methods. The higher your skills in AK, the better your chances of getting Easter eggs from squeezing chickens. (Same for Gardening/egg plants.)
- I have been getting from both Chickens and Egg Plants. Egg plants rewarded me highly (4 eggs from 5 trees) With watering, petting and harvesting!
- Both here too, though more from chickens than plants.
- I ended up getting all of mine from Chickens, after 1600 grain squozzen and 988 eggs harvested. I couldn't pet or water many egg plants because the hordes had gotten there before me *g*. I did get the first 4 (all different eggs) within roughly 800 grain and then it took forever to get the last one.
- I have the highest skill in everything I still haven't got an egg from a chicken..I did finally get one from a tree..lol

- Can you get an e. egg from a chicken on the first squeeze. If there's no option to pet or water an eggplant tree, just harvest, can you get an egg?

I got my first 3 eggs (all the same) on the first 3 squeezes of my first chicken.
I got the rest from squeezing chickens and petting and watering egg trees. I got none from harvesting eggs.
In total I gathered 9 bushels of grain and 834 tree eggs, to get 15 chocolate eggs. The 15th was the one that got me the trophy - TY uk

- I've gotten them from both, more from chickens though, due to more chickens being around than egg trees.
- I got mine from chickens and surprisingly it didn't take to long (On the game for 4 hours before collecting them all).

- HA! Mine are all from chickens. The upside is the grain is going into my still and I expect to get the extreme hoochmeister badge any minute (or what ever it is called). :)
- And mine are all from egg plants. That said, I've squeezed enough chickens in the fruitless part of my quest to amass four bales of grain. But the egg plants have not let me down--I got the trophy after about an hour of petting the plants (wow, that sounds so...strange).
- Most from petting & watering egg plants, with purple eggs exclusively from chickens. Working on my 4th set.

I got eggs from both sources, but more success with the egg plants - all of which came from petting. (I agree, Axa, that's a little... awkward to write)
After about 12 bushels of grain, I think I got 4 or 5 eggs from chickens - the other 14 or 15 were from egg plants. (With the advantage of not filling up my bags once I quit harvesting and just watered and petted.)
ETA: The egg plants in Groddle Meadow haven't felt so loved in a long time, I bet! LOL - Both

- I only harvested about five eggplants, but I got two eggs from them. Eggs from chickens were less frequent, but chickens are easier to find so I ended up with about fifteen altogether, before I gave up and traded for the fifth one.
- It only took me about an hour to get the trophy - I think the egg plants are more overloaded with attention today, though! Still, since chickens never tire out, even with low animal skills it should be possible to get all five in a weekend.
- Yep, 5 stacks of eggs and 27 bushels of grain later I got my trophy. *whew* That was a lot of flapping chickens! I think I did get an egg from harvesting an egg plant.

- I've found that Egg Plants give more frequently, but you have to catch it when you're able to water and pet, because just harvesting hasn't yielded anything for me. Chickens much less frequently. I got my trophy and another full set fairly quickly, but now it seems I'm getting Easter Eggs much less often. I only have a total of 16 Easter Eggs, but have received 46 bushels of grain and 2100 eggs. Whew! A lot of compulsive work! :-)
- I've had more luck with chickens, but I, too, have had more luck watering/petting the trees than harvesting them.

- I've only gotten one egg from squeeze a chicken. I've been trying to get another egg from them since it's easier than petting and watering the egg plants. However, I have not had any luck.

I've got the highest AK skills available and I only got eggs from the egg plants until I was just about done. I got one golden egg from a chicken! I already had five golden eggs and several of all the others so it took a very long time to get the egg from squeezing the feathered critter, but it did happen.
I had also thought that maybe getting them from chickens was an old thing. I was going to check the forums to see if I was the only one not getting chickens to give eggs...but then I got the one. -
I've gotten my Easter Eggs from the following:
- Petting and Harvesting Egg Plants (none from watering)
- Squeezing chickens
I couldn't get the Pysanka Easter Egg on my own (last night), and so I traded with another kind Glitchen in order to get my Chocolate Bunny Trophy. This morning, I have been able to get 3 Psyanka Easter Eggs on my own, each from what I mentioned above. - Both here- also, a tip: higher mood=more eggsies.
- Oh my. When is all of this over. I can't get into the game for a while and i want eggs!
